中国船舶(600150,股吧)租赁(03877)公布，于2020年5月22日，该公司全资附属公司Fortune Central Shipping Limited、Fortune Wanchai Shipping Limited、Fortune Lantau Shipping Limited及Fortune Shenyang Shipping Limited(作为借款人)与一家银行(作为出借人)订立融资协议。

据此，出借人同意向借款人授出最多1.168亿美元的定期贷款融资，以为借款人将购买的四艘船舶的收购成本提供资金。融资协议项下的应付款项应自相关使用日期起计十年内悉数偿还。
